Director's Shareholding

On 29 May 2012 the Company was informed that Richard Logan, Director of the Company, exercised Enterprise Management Incentive scheme share options over 120,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 46.5p each. Mr Logan subsequently sold 120,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 140 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Logan holds 100,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.10% of the voting rights in the Company and 78,495 Enterprise Management Incentive scheme share options. In addition, Mr Logan continues to jointly hold 1,521,505 JSOP shares with the iomart Employee Benefit Trust.
