Iofina, specialists in the exploration and production of iodine, with vertical integration into specialty chemical iodine derivatives, was informed on 28 June 2013 that on the same day, Dr Chris Fay, a Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 150 pence per share. Following the acquisition Dr Fay holds 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
