As part of the dual listed company structure, the boards of Investec plc and Investec Limited (together the "Board") notify both the London Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited of matters which are required to be disclosed under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, and Listing Rules of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and/or the JSE Listings Requirements.

APPOINTMENT OF THE DEBT OFFICER
Further to the SENS announcement dated 2 November 2020 and pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Laurence Adams, has been appointed as the Debt Officer of Investec Limited with immediate effect.
