intu has today published a Circular and Notice of General Meeting to be held on Friday 31 May 2019 at 40 Broadway, London SW1H 0BT at 10.00 am.
A copy of the Notice of General Meeting, together with copies of the relevant documents below, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will be available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM/.
