Result of AGM

InternetQ plc (LSE-AIM: INTQ), a leading provider of mobile marketing and digital entertainment solutions for mobile network operators and brands, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of the AGM, were duly passed other than resolution 7. Resolution 7 was withdrawn at the AGM and no vote was taken.
