Board change
InternetQ plc(LSE-AIM: INTQ), one ofΒ the leading providers of mobile marketing and entertainment solutions announces the following board and executive management changes effective from 1 November 2012.
Stuart Cruickshank, currently Non-Executive Chairman has announced his retirement from the board, having steered InternetQ through its successful AIM admission and he departs with the Group delivering strong operational performance.
Konstantinos Korletis will be promoted to the new role of Executive Chairman, with responsibility for leadership of the Board, its relations with investors and forΒ positioning the company with customers and partners to facilitate international expansion. Mr Korletis has been with the Group for over three years and has been instrumental in guiding InternetQ through a rapid period of growth. He is ideally placed to continue to provide further counsel and guidance.
Panagiotis Dimitropoulos, currently the Founder and President of InternetQ, is to be appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr Dimitropoulos founded InternetQ in 2000 and has a detailed understanding of the business, its core products and key growth markets. His move into a more operational focused role signifies another important milestone as InternetQ look to capitalise on its market leading mobile marketing platform and to further grow its Akazoo entertainment platform.
Konstantinos Korletis, added:
