Director/PDMR Shareholding
Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Interim Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 132,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.20 pence per Ordinary Share, (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 13,600,000 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 12.87% of Insig AI's current issued share capital.
