Total Voting Rights
Inspired Energy Plc confirms that, as at 1 December 2015, the total issued share capital has increased to 471,603,499 ordinary shares of 0.125p each ("Ordinary Share").
There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Each Ordinary Share carries voting rights on the basis of one vote per Ordinary Share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Group is 471,603,499 Ordinary Share.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in Inspired under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
