Inspired Energy (AIM: INSE), the leading consultant for energy procurement, utility cost optimisation and legislative compliance in the UK and Ireland, announces that Sangita Shah, Non-Executive Director, purchased 128,205 ordinary shares of 0.125p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.5 pence per Ordinary Shares on 5 July 2021.
Following this transaction, Sangita Shah holds 128,205 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equal to approximately 0.01% of the Group's issued share capital.
