Change of Name

Instem Life Science Systems plc (AIM: INS.L), a leading provider of IT applications to the global early development healthcare market, announces that with effect from 13 January 2012, the Company has changed its name to Instem plc to simplify its corporate branding. The Company's ticker/ TIDM remains the same: INS.L. At the same time, BioWisdom Limited (acquired in March 2011) has been renamed Instem Scientific Limited.
