Infast Group PLC28 April 2005 AGM Statement At the Annual General Meeting of Infast Group plc to be held today 28th April2005, Graham Titcombe, Chairman, will say: "At the time we announced our preliminary results in March, I made commentsabout the focus Infast has now brought to its businesses since we disposed ofour manufacturing operations and since that time Infast has operated exclusivelyas an Inventory Management Services company. "Business performance in the first quarter is in line with our expectations andwe remain confident of the prospects of the re-shaped business of the Group. "On 13th April 2005, we announced that we were in discussions that may or maynot lead to an offer being made for the company.
