Inland PLC31 March 2008 31 March 2008 Inland plc Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Inland PLC ("the Company") notifies the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital consists of 162,150,059 Ordinary Shares of 50p of which the Company holds 1,000,000 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 161,150,059. Each share entitles the holder to one vote. The above figure of total voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
