Timetable for planning hearing

Following the announcement made on 24 January 2019, the Company has been informed that, due to matters beyond the Company's control, the planning application for the Cheshunt Lakeside development is now due to be heard in March and not mid-February as previously announced.

The Company continues to expect a resolution to grant approval for this major regeneration of 1,853 dwellings together with 18,000 sqm of commercial space. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.

Separately, the Company is pleased to announce that its site in Meppershall, Bedfordshire, which is part of Inland's extensive strategic landbank, has obtained a resolution to grant consent for 60 homes on a 5.9 acre site. This land is held on a discount to market value option that the Company intends to exercise in due course.
