Poole Investments PLC06 September 2007 Poole Investments plc (the "Company") 6 September 2007 Board changes and delisting The offer made by Inland plc for the entire issued and to be issued ordinaryshare capital of the Company on 9 August 2007 has now become unconditional inall respects. Accordingly, as agreed, Tony Palmer (Non-Executive Chairman),David Booth (Executive Director) and David Cicurel (Non-Executive Director) havenow all resigned from the Company with effect from 6 September 2007. Nishith Malde and Paul Brett have both been appointed as Executive Directors ofthe Company with effect from 6 September 2007. The Company will apply to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of theadmission of ordinary shares of 5p each to trading on the AIM market. It isanticipated that such cancellation will take effect no earlier than 20 businessdays from today's date and it is currently anticipated that cancellation willtake place at 8.00am on Monday 8 October 2007. This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Offer Document dated 9August 2007 and the announcement made on 13 August 2007 that the Offer had beenconverted to a mandatory offer.
