2012 Annual Report & Accounts
The Company announces that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 has been posted to shareholders; a copy can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.inlandplc.com.
The Annual Report includes the Notice of the 2012 Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 27 November 2012 at the offices of the Company, 2 Anglo Office Park, 67 White Lion Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 9FB.
INLAND's strategy is to identify land in the South of England where the Group considers there is excellent potential for residential and mixed use development. The Group then seeks to enhance the value by obtaining planning permission before selling consented land onto other housebuilders. The Group also carries out its own developments on selected sites.
