Director's Dealings

The Company has today received notification that on 26 August 2010, Alan Moug, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 6,030 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 73p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Moug's total interest in the Company is 408,637 Shares, representing approximately 4.86 per cent. of the Company's issued Shares.
