Directorate Change

The Board of Ingenta announces that after 12 years' service Alan Moug, Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation and will leave the company at the end of 2016.

The Board has commenced a search for a replacement for Alan and looks forward to updating investors in due course. In the intervening period Alan will continue to fulfil his responsibilities which include preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts, and the conclusion of the 2017 budgeting process. Alan will oversee the handover to his replacement and will be available after the end of this year to provide support for the audit process up to the announcement of the 2016 full year results.

He has been a knowledgeable presence on the plc Board and an integral member of the management team in building the Company to date and the Board wishes him well in his future business pursuits."
