InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Margaret Petticrew, a person closely associated ("PCA") with John Petticrew, Managing Director of Harland and Wolff (Belfast) Limited and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), purchased 3,526,342 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 1 May 2020 at a purchase price of 0.28 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Margaret Petticrew has a total beneficial interest in 3,526,342 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
