Director's Holdings in Company

InfraStrata plc was informed on the 15 May 2012 that Mr Craig Gouws, an Executive Director of InfraStrata, on the 15 May purchased 44,153 Ordinary Shares in his Self-Invested Pension Plan at 6.51p per share.

Mr Gouws' total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata is now 277,226 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.30% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
