InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that John Wood, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 2,984,084 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average purchase price of 0.2956 pence on 5 May 2020.
Following these purchases, Mr Wood has a total beneficial interest in 56,355,977 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.47% of the Company's issued share capital.
