Board Changes

The Board of InfraStrata plc (AIM:INFA), the independent petroleum exploration and gas storage company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anita Gardiner as Commercial Development Director with immediate effect.

After graduating from Queens University, Belfast, Anita started her career at the Prudential plc where she worked in a number of commercial roles in procurement and supply chain, real estate and operations. She moved to BP in 2005 and held various project and managerial positions in the UK and India, most recently as Business Development Manager for BP Gas Marketing where she had responsibility for asset development and origination activities across Europe. Anita joined InfraStrata in October 2014.

At the same time Walter Roberts, resigned as a Non-executive Director of InfraStrata plc and a Director of its subsidiaries, however he will remain as Company Secretary and continue providing legal support to InfraStrata as required on a consultancy basis.

Ken Ratcliff, the Chairman of InfraStrata plc said:

"We are pleased to have recruited someone of Anita's calibre to the Board of InfraStrata. Anita will have a wide ranging executive commercial role in the Company, based in Northern Ireland. This will include managing the Islandmagee gas storage project, a position she held previously with BP throughout the two years they were involved in the project until January 2014.

We would like to thank Walter for the insight and experience that he has brought to InfraStrata Board over the past 6 years."

There is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
