Director/PDMR Shareholding
Informa (LSE: INF.L), the international Academic Markets, B2B Markets and Digital Services Group has been notified that Stephen A. Carter and a person closely associated ("PCA") to Stephen A. Carter (Anna Carter), have sold ordinary shares in the Company.
Following the sale, Stephen A. Carter will continue to hold 2,165,283 ordinary shares and unvested options in the Company.
