The Company announces that on the 11 March 2011 it purchased 2,238 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 495 pence per share.
The Shares purchased will be held in treasury. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,238 Shares in Treasury. The total number of Shares in issue is 7,541,276.
All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 7,541,276 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
