PDMR Shareholding
IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that Lim Then Poh, Vice President - APAC, and a PDMR, of IndigoVision, on 19 March 2018, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.30 per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, Lim Then Poh's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
