Dr Oliver Vellacott who is directly and indirectly interested in an aggregate of 1,725,949 ordinary shares of IndigoVision Group plc (representing approximately 22.9% of the issued ordinary shares in the capital of the company). Dr Vellacott also holds options to subscribe for a total of 170,178 ordinary shares under various schemes put in place by IndigoVision Group plc.
