IndigoVision Group plc ("IndigoVision" or "the Company")
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that on 15 January 2009, 7,000 options were exercised by employees (2,000 under an IndigoVision Group plc Stand Alone Option Agreement and 5,000 under the IndigoVision Group Plc Approved Share Option Scheme).
Application has been made by IndigoVision for a further 2,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. The balance of 5,000 is under an existing blocklisting.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares will commence on 22 January 2009.
