IndigoVision Group plc ("IndigoVision" or "the Company")
Exercise of Options
The Company announces that, on 17 November 2010, 85,714 options were exercised under an IndigoVision Group plc 2000 Approved Share Option Scheme (the "Approved Scheme") and a further 17,786 options were exercise under an IndigoVision Group plc 2000 Unapproved Share Option Scheme (the "Unapproved Scheme").
Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of 60,104 options have been admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to an existing block listing. Application has been made for a further 17,786 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM in respect of the Unapproved Scheme and for a blocklisting of 75,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Approved Scheme.
It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, will commence on 23 November 2010.
In accordance with FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital now comprises 7,737,276 Ordinary Shares. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, IndigoVision Group plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
