IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that on 17 May 2019 Vikki Macleod, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.81 per Ordinary Share.
This purchase, equivalent to 0.13 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, represents Vikki Macleod's entire holding in IndigoVision.
