IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held on 4 November 2010.

Resolutions 1 to 5 (inclusive) were passed on a show of hands as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 6 and 7 were passed on a show of hands as special resolutions.
