Succession Planning
IndigoVision Group plc ("IndigoVision"), a leader in the design and supply of high performance, intelligent video security systems, advises that, after 20 years in the position and having recently reached the age of 60, Hamish Grossart will retire as non-executive chairman once a successor has been appointed and in any event no later than 30 September 2017.
The board will shortly commence a formal process to identify a suitable successor.
