The Company announces that on 11/03/2022 it has purchased a total of 7,015 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through BNP PARIBAS EXANE as detailed below.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold any of the purchased shares in treasury.
The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 28 February 2022.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 380,882,731 ordinary shares.
Since 28 February 20222021, the Company has purchased 779,530 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £5,388,610.
