Share Buyback Programme - Transactions in Own Securities
The Company announces that on 06 November 2024 it has purchased a total of 193,225 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through Jefferies International Limited as detailed below:

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 1 August 2024.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 400,714,475 ordinary shares.
Since 1 August 2024, the Company has purchased 12,292,657 shares at a cost of £ 97,756,235.64.
