Share Buyback Programme - Transactions in Own Securities
The Company announces that on 07 November 2025 it has purchased a total of 137,293 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through Jefferies International Limited as detailed below:

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 4 March 2025.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 363,681,430 ordinary shares.
Since 4 March 2025, the Company has purchased 30,213,589 shares at a cost of £206,777,850,71.
