Share Buyback Programme - Transactions in Own Securities
The Company announces that on 10 March 2025 it has purchased a total of 155,499 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each (the "ordinary shares"), through Jefferies International Limited as detailed below:

The purchases form part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 4 March 2025.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 393,345,959 ordinary shares.
Since 4 March 2025, the Company has purchased 549,060 shares at a cost of £3,867,876.20.
