Director Change
Inchcape plc announces that Rachel Empey, non-executive director, has resigned from the Board of Inchcape plc with effect from 30 April 2021.
Nigel Stein, Chairman of Inchcape, said "I would like to thank Rachel for her strong contribution and the sound advice she has provided Inchcape since she joined in May 2016 and I wish her every success for the future".
