Inchcape plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Clarke as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 December 2025.

Tracy Clarke has had a 35-year executive career with Standard Chartered Bank in which time she held several senior positions across a variety of functions. During her tenure she led operations in Europe and the Americas, as well as private banking internationally. She is also a seasoned non-executive director with experience gained from a diverse range of organisations. She has extensive knowledge of remuneration, M&A, and emerging markets.

She is currently a non-executive director at Haleon plc and TP ICAP Group plc, and also senior independent director of Starling Bank Limited.

Jerry Buhlmann, Chairman, commented: 'I am delighted that Tracy is joining the Inchcape Board. Tracy's extensive executive and non-executive experience will strengthen the skillset of the existing Board, and her energy and dynamism make her a strong cultural fit.'

There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8 in respect of this appointment.
