Directorate change

Inchcape plc announces that Nayantara Bali will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2021, and will join the Nomination and CSR Committees upon appointment.

Since 2016, Nayantara has been the co-owner and director of ANV Consulting, a boutique Management Consultancy specializing in leveraging data analytics, Prior to this, Nayantara was with Procter & Gamble for over 28 years holding several senior regional and global positions based in Singapore, Thailand, and India.

Nayantara is also an independent director of Torrent Pharma, a leading pharmaceuticals company in India, and a non-executive director of Starhub, a major Singapore telecoms company.

Chairman, Nigel Stein said:

Her wide experience of data-driven marketing to consumers in Asia, combined with her previous experience as a non-executive director, make her a valuable addition to our Board. She is based in Singapore, home to our Asian operations and in itself an important market for Inchcape.

There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 relating to the appointment to the Board of Nayantara Bali.
