Further Contract wins and amended contract with Spar

Avanti is pleased to announce that it has secured two further shopping mall contracts. The Companywill provide digital marketing services for Redleaf Limited Partnership's two malls at Ladysmith in North London and Castlegate, Ashton under Lyme. This takes Avanti's portfolio to 41 shopping malls inthe UK, with a combined weekly footfall of 10.6 million and confirms Avanti's position as the largest

provider of out of home digital screenmedia within shopping malls in the UK.

Avanti is also pleased to announce that it has agreed a new addendum to its contract with Spar, the convenience store retailer, to reflect new and significantly less onerous terms for Avanti, and withan extension to contract until to May 31 2012. Under the new agreement Avanti will also install a

further 300 new Spar sites, taking the total screened estate to 500 stores. This creates one ofthe largest digital screen networks in the retail sector.
