RESULT OF AGM
SHARE CONSOLIDATION
At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Alpha UK Multi Property Trust Plc (the "Company") held today, the proposed resolutions were all duly approved by the shareholders, including the resolutions relating to the share consolidation.
In accordance with LR 9.6.18, details of those resolutions passed, which were not ordinary business of the AGM, are as follows:

The share consolidation shall be effective on Friday 1 July 2011, when shareholders will exchange each holding of 10 existing ordinary shares of 1 penny each for 1 new ordinary share of 10 pence each. Accordingly, applications have been made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange, whereby *8,409,520 ordinary shares of 10 pence each will commence trading on Friday 1 July 2011.
It is intended that the fractional entitlements of shareholders whose shares are not exactly divisible by 10 will be aggregated and sold in the market immediately with the proceeds retained for the benefit of the Company.
Share certificates in respect of the new ordinary shares are to be dispatched to shareholders by Friday 8 July 2011.
