ALPHA UK MULTI PROPERTY TRUST PLC(the "Company")
ANNOUNCEMENT OF NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE
Following the recent announcement of the Company's Half Year Report and Financial Statements to 30 June 2011, the Company confirms to Shareholders that the net asset value at 30 June 2011 when restated for the 1 for 10 share consolidation which became effective on 1 July 2011 is 318 pence per Ordinary Share. This is equivalent to the Company's net asset value of 31.8 pence per Ordinary Share as published in the Company's Half Year Report and Financial Statements to 30 June 2011.
