Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Following the receipt of notices of exercise of options, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 132,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.
It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective and dealings will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 21 October 2008. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following the allotment of the new ordinary shares the Company's issued share capital will consist of 77,481,183 Ordinary Shares of 10p each which entitle the holder to one vote per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 77,481,183.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
