Notification of Dealings in the Company's shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 284/7p each ("Shares").
IMI Employee Share Ownership Plan
On 9 March 2016, the Company received notification from the following PDMRs in respect of Shares purchased pursuant to participation in the IMI Employee Share Ownership Plan:
