Application for Block Listing
The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 28 4/7p each in relation to the Company's SAYE Scheme, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and are expected to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance on 7 March 2019. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
