Imagination Technologies Group PLC06 July 2007 6 July 2007 Imagination Technologies Group plc Imagination Technologies Licences Multimedia IP Cores To An InternationalElectronics Systems Company Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE: IMG; "Imagination") - a leader inSystem-on-Chip Intellectual Property ("SoC IP") - reports that it has licensednext generation graphics and video IP cores to an international electronicssystems company under a multi-use licensing agreement. The SoCs to be developed under this license agreement will be produced for thisnew partner by Imagination's existing semiconductor partners and/or new chipmanufacturing partners. Under the terms of the above licensing arrangement, Imagination will receivelicence fees and royalty revenues on SoCs incorporating Imagination's IP.
