Imagination Technologies Group PLC16 October 2007 16 October 2007 Imagination Technologies Group plc Imagination Technologies licenses another POWERVR SGX graphics core to TexasInstruments Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE:IMG; "Imagination") - a leader inSystem-on-Chip Intellectual Property ("SoC IP") - reports that Texas InstrumentsIncorporated ("TI"), a world-leading semiconductor company, has licensed asecond member of Imagination's POWERVR(R) SGX graphics core family for use inits future OMAPTM application processor product family under a multiple-uselicense arrangement. This announcement extends the highly successful and growing relationship betweenthe two companies. TI uses Imagination's POWERVR MBX in its OMAP 2 processorfamily, shipping in volume today, and the POWERVR SGX in TI's OMAP 3 family ofprocessors, sampling today and expected to ship in volume in 2008.
