Awards under the Employee Share Plan 30 October 2008

As part of the annual awards made under Imagination Technologies Group plc's ('Company') Employee Share Plan, the directors of the Company have received the following Share Awards over ordinary shares in the Company: -

Hossein Yassaie 1,029,000 shares

Trevor Selby 210,550 shares

Geoff Shingles 131,250 shares

These shares will vest on the 30 October 2011 subject to the achievement of the performance conditions and in accordance with the rules of the Employee Share Plan.

The price of ordinary shares in the Company at the close of market on 29 October 2008 was 48 pence.
