Notification of Share Awards to Executives

Grant of Share Awards under the Imagination Technologies Employee Share Plan

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, the Company was notified on 22 January 2013 that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Sir Hossein Yassaie and the Company's Chief Financial Officer Richard Smith received Contingent Awards and a beneficial interest in shares jointly held with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust over ordinary shares of 10p under the Company's Employee Share Plan.

The price of ordinary shares at the close of the market on the 21 January 2013 was 461.30p.
