Imagination Technologies Group plc Directors' Transaction in Shares
The following Directors of Imagination Technologies Group plc, carried out the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company: Geoff Shingles, Chairman Mr Shingles has today notified the Company that he sold 73,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £1.412. His total shareholding following this transaction is 157,698 ordinary shares. Trevor Selby, Chief Financial Officer Mr Selby has today exercised a Long-Term Incentive Plan option over 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company which was granted in 2001 at an exercise price of 64p. He notified the Company that he sold 130,000 ordinary shares at a price of £1.44 and retained the balance of 20,000 ordinary shares. His total shareholding following this transaction is 106,767 ordinary shares.
