Further to the recent announcement that Richard Smith will be joining the Board of Imagination Technologies Group plc on 1 July 2011 and pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13(3), the Company advises that Mr. Smith was executive director of the following companies in the ACIS group when, as part of a planned corporate restructuring, they went into administration.Oceanbird Limited, Tidefleet Limited, ACIS Global Limited, ACIS Holdings Limited and I2P Limited went into administration in August 2009 and have subsequently been dissolved. Viaonic Technologies Limited went into administration in August 2010 and is in the process of being dissolved.There are no further details relating to Mr. Smith to be disclosed under rules 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
