In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, Imagination Technologies Group plc has been notified that Andrew Heath, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, was appointed Chief Executive of Alent plc and will join the Board of Alent plc on 21 February 2015.

There is no additional information to disclose in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.14.
